RIDECABBY PRIVACY POLICY

RideCabby (“RideCabby,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a
technology platform that helps independent transportation providers
(“Drivers”) connect with and manage customers (“Riders”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and
protect information when you use the RideCabby website, booking pages,
driver dashboard, communications, payment functionality, and related
services (collectively, the “Platform”).
RideCabby is a software and technology platform. RideCabby is not the
transportation provider for rides arranged between Drivers and Riders.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this
Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect the following categories of information.
1.1 Driver Information
Drivers may provide: - Legal or business name; - Email address; -
Telephone number; - Account credentials; - Vehicle make, model, type,
year, or other vehicle information; - Service area; - Pricing and
service information; - Driver profile information; - Driver business
information; - Insurance documentation; - Vehicle registration
documentation; - License, permit, inspection, or other transportation
documentation; - Communications with Riders or RideCabby; - Booking and
ride information; and - Payment, subscription, or transaction
information.
1.2 Rider Information
Riders may provide: - Name; - Telephone number; - Email address; -
Pickup location; - Drop-off location; - Requested date and time; -
Booking details; - Payment-related information; - Ride history; -
Communications relating to bookings; and - Information voluntarily
provided to a Driver through the Platform.
1.3 Payment Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as
Stripe or other providers.
RideCabby may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts,
limited payment information, and other information necessary to
administer transactions.
RideCabby generally does not store complete payment-card numbers on its
own systems.
1.4 Location and Address Information
The Platform may process pickup addresses, destination addresses,
service areas, and other location information necessary to facilitate
bookings.
The Platform may use mapping or address services, including Google Maps
or related services, to provide address autocomplete, distance
calculations, mapping, or related functionality.
RideCabby does not need continuous GPS tracking of a Rider merely to
submit a standard booking unless a particular feature expressly requires
it.
1.5 Communications
We may collect or process communications sent through the Platform and
transactional communications associated with bookings, including SMS and
email communications.
These may include: - Booking confirmations; - Booking reminders; - Ride
receipts; - Driver booking notifications; - Account notifications; -
Customer-service communications; and - Other service-related messages.
1.6 Technical and Usage Information
We may automatically collect information such as: - IP address; -
Browser type; - Device type; - Operating system; - Approximate location
derived from IP address; - Pages or Platform features accessed; - Date
and time of access; - Referring pages; - Error and diagnostic
information; - Security and authentication information; and - Cookies or
similar technologies.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information to: - Create and administer accounts; - Verify
Driver documentation; - Facilitate Driver onboarding; - Create and
manage bookings; - Connect Riders with Drivers; - Process payments; -
Send booking confirmations and reminders; - Send receipts and
transaction notices; - Provide customer support; - Maintain ride
history; - Enable repeat bookings; - Operate Driver dashboards and
customer-management features; - Prevent fraud and unauthorized
activity; - Protect the security of the Platform; - Investigate
suspected misuse; - Improve Platform performance and functionality; -
Maintain business records; - Comply with legal obligations; - Respond to
lawful governmental requests; - Enforce our Terms of Service; and -
Perform other purposes disclosed at or before the time information is
collected.
3. DRIVER DOCUMENT VERIFICATION
RideCabby may collect and review Driver documentation such as insurance,
vehicle registration, licenses, permits, inspections, and
identity-related information for onboarding, eligibility, compliance,
fraud prevention, safety, and Platform administration.
Submitting documentation to RideCabby does not mean that RideCabby
publicly endorses or guarantees a Driver.
We may use authorized employees, contractors, verification providers, or
service providers to review or process such information.
4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients.
4.1 Drivers and Riders
Information necessary to facilitate a booking may be shared between the
Driver and Rider.
For example, a Driver may need a Rider’s name, telephone number, pickup
location, destination, booking time, and other booking information to
perform the requested Transportation Service.
A Rider may see information about a Driver that the Driver has elected
or is required to provide through the Platform.
4.2 Service Providers
We may share information with vendors that help us operate the Platform,
including: - Payment processors; - Hosting and infrastructure
providers; - SMS and telecommunications providers; - Email providers; -
Mapping and address services; - Identity or document verification
providers; - Analytics providers; - Security providers; -
Customer-support providers; and - Other technology vendors necessary to
provide Platform functionality.
4.3 Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to: - Comply with
law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; - Protect the
rights, safety, or property of RideCabby, users, or others; -
Investigate fraud or suspected illegal activity; - Enforce our Terms; -
Respond to emergencies; or - Protect the security and integrity of the
Platform.
4.4 Business Transfers
If RideCabby is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing,
restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction,
information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to
applicable law.
5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
RideCabby may use cookies, session technologies, local storage, pixels,
logs, and similar technologies to: - Keep users signed in; - Maintain
sessions; - Remember preferences; - Improve performance; - Measure
usage; - Detect fraud and security threats; and - Understand how the
Platform is used.
Some third-party services may also use cookies or similar technologies
according to their own policies.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings.
Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.
6. SMS AND EMAIL
RideCabby may send transactional SMS and email messages necessary to
provide the Platform, including booking confirmations, reminders,
receipts, account notices, and security communications.
Marketing messages, where offered, may be subject to separate consent.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications using the
applicable unsubscribe or opt-out method.
Transactional communications may continue when necessary to complete a
transaction, protect an account, or provide requested services.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may use third-party services such as Stripe, Google Maps,
AWS, telecommunications providers, email providers, analytics services,
and other infrastructure or software providers.
Those providers may process information according to their own privacy
policies and contractual obligations.
RideCabby does not control the privacy practices of third parties.
8. DATA RETENTION
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the
purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide
services, maintain business and transaction records, prevent fraud,
resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and
protect the Platform.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the
reason it was collected, legal requirements, and operational needs.
Driver verification and compliance records may be retained for an
appropriate period after account closure when reasonably necessary for
legal, safety, fraud-prevention, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
9. DATA SECURITY
RideCabby uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational
safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access,
loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no Internet transmission, database, or electronic storage
system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You acknowledge that information submitted electronically carries some
inherent security risk.
10. YOUR CHOICES
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with RideCabby, you
may have choices concerning your personal information.
These may include: - Accessing certain information; - Requesting
correction of inaccurate information; - Requesting deletion of certain
information; - Requesting information about categories of personal
information collected or disclosed; - Opting out of certain marketing
communications; - Managing cookies through browser settings; and -
Exercising other privacy rights provided by applicable law.
Certain information may be exempt from deletion or access requests where
retention is legally permitted or required, necessary to complete a
transaction, establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud, protect
security, or satisfy another lawful purpose.
11. U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Privacy laws vary by jurisdiction.
Depending on where you reside and whether the applicable law covers
RideCabby, you may have additional rights concerning personal
information, including rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy
of information, or opt out of certain processing or disclosures.
RideCabby will process verified privacy requests in accordance with
applicable law.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights to
the extent prohibited by applicable law.

RideCabby may update this section as additional state privacy laws

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Platform is not directed to children under the age required by
applicable law to provide consent for the collection of their personal
information.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in
violation of applicable law.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to RideCabby
inappropriately, contact us using the information below.
13. DRIVER AND RIDER DATA
Because RideCabby facilitates direct relationships between independent
Drivers and Riders, information may remain associated with a Driver’s
customer records and ride history for legitimate business, transaction,
accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.
Drivers are responsible for using Rider information only for lawful and
legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy
and data-protection laws.
Drivers may not sell, misuse, exploit, or disclose Rider information
except as legally permitted and reasonably necessary to provide or
administer Transportation Services.
14. DO-NOT-TRACK
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a
universally accepted technical standard for responding to such signals,
the Platform may not respond to all Do Not Track settings unless
required by applicable law.
15. INTERNATIONAL USERS
RideCabby may use service providers or infrastructure located in
countries other than the country in which you reside.
If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your
information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or
other jurisdictions where our service providers operate, subject to
applicable law.
16. DATA BREACHES
If RideCabby experiences a security incident involving personal
information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain,
remediate, and provide notices required by applicable law.
17. PRIVACY OF PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment information may be transmitted directly to third-party payment
processors.
RideCabby may receive limited transaction information necessary to
confirm payments, issue receipts, administer refunds, reconcile
transactions, prevent fraud, and maintain records.
Users should review the privacy policies of the applicable payment
provider for additional information about payment-data processing.
18. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
RideCabby may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the
Platform, email, or another reasonable method.
The updated policy will state a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an
updated policy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy to the
extent permitted by law.
